Numex Accounting (“Numex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a business accounting software solution developed and managed by Jayset Consulting and Axon Information Systems. We are based in Accra, Ghana, and are committed to protecting the personal data of our users in accordance with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

2.What Does This Notice Cover

This privacy notice explains how Numex collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use our services, including our web application, website, mobile platforms, and support channels. It also outlines your data rights and how to exercise them.

3.What This Notice Doesn’t Cover

This notice does not apply to third-party services or platforms that may be linked to or integrated with Numex. We encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Financial Data: Bank account details, transaction history, invoices, expense records

We obtain this data:

  • Directly from you during registration or form submissions
  • Automatically as you use the app or website

  • For a maximum of 2 years after account closure unless a longer retention is mandated

Data no longer required will be securely deleted or anonymized.
